Pleasants Higgs

Pleasants Higgs, originally from coastal NC, became a Bahamian resident almost three decades ago. She and her husband raised their family in both Nassau and Hope Town. 

Her real estate career evolved organically, taking shape after she completed the BREA course while working as the in-house interior designer for a local boutique real estate firm in Nassau. After moving with her family to Hope Town in 2008, she became deeply connected to the island community, spending six years building extensive knowledge of the Abaco market. 

Her unique blend of design insight and real estate experience continues to benefit her clients. Following time back in NC working with a busy US real estate firm, she has turned her focus back to the Abacos.  She looks forward to bringing her specific industry perspective and client relationships formed in both markets back to Hope Town and the Abaco Islands.
